AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. Specifies that
requirements apply to constructed and renovated restrooms in public buildings
that are accessible to women, men and the public.
2. Permits a responsible
authority to exempt public buildings that are not frequented by the public from
restroom construction and renovation requirements.
3. Applies the
requirements to construction and renovation projects that are approved on and
after January 1, 2020.
